Andean Visa
If you are a citizen of Bolivia, Ecuador, or Peru you can petition for an Andean Visa in Colombia. Andean Visas allow you to live in Colombia with work authorization for a period of 2 years, after which you can apply for permanent residency. What’s more, you can also petition for your spouse and children as derivatives so they can obtain visas also.

Apostilled Criminal Background Check from your country of origin and any country of residence during the previous 3 years (both the Apostille and Background Check will need to be translated if in a language other than Spanish)
Letter explaining why you want to live in Colombia, what your plans are in the country, and how you will support yourself

The supporting documents submitted must not exceed 5MB in total.

Roughly $55 USD to apply, Roughly $271 USD for the Visa (the Colombian Foreign Affairs Ministry quotes in USD for stability)
Duration
The visa is valid for two years
