Title to the Property
Proof of income or bank account statements to be able to show you can support yourself in Colombia (you are not granted Work Authorization to work in Colombia)

The supporting documents submitted must not exceed 5MB in total.

Roughly $55 USD to apply, Roughly $271 USD for the Visa (the Colombian Foreign Affairs Ministry quotes in USD for stability)
Duration
From 1 year to 3 years - at the discretion of the Immigration Officer. Renewable.
