Romantic Partner Visa (Compañero Permanente Visa)
In Colombia, you may receive a visa through your relationship with a Colombian partner even if you are not married as long as you have had a declared “union marital de hecho” for one year, can prove a bona fide relationship, and have been cohabitating together. Proving this relationship often requires documentation such as pictures, messages and emails, utility bills, bank account statements, and other evidence which can lend support to the duration and veracity of the romantic relationship.
